Legal agreement

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Migrateto web application and related services. Please read them carefully.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and connecting local file directories via the HTML5 File System Access API, you and your organization expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register for or use the service.

You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms and that you are authorized to access and process the file directories you connect.

2

License Grant & Restrictions

Your subscription provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the cloud monitoring dashboard for your organization's internal data governance and migration activities.

Users strictly covenant not to reverse engineer the application, nor to deploy malicious automation against our Supabase Edge API endpoints. Any attempt to probe, scrape, overload, or circumvent the platform's security controls is a material breach of these Terms.

3

Commercial Terms & Subscription Billing

Fees are automatically processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method according to the plan and cadence you select.

Failure to settle past-due metered usage or subscription thresholds will result in immediate account suspension and lockouts from scanner functions until the outstanding balance is resolved.
4

Limitation of Liability

Because data processing and file deletion execution commands occur strictly within the client's local browser memory - and under the human user's manual authorization - the company explicitly holds ZERO liability for accidental local data loss, corrupted files, server downtime, or network infrastructure errors.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups and for reviewing all destructive operations before authorizing them. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
