How plans and pay-as-you-go credits work. Aligned 1:1 with what's actually gated in code.

Plans

Free — 1 workspace, up to 5 projects, 100 starter credits.
Team — unlimited projects, audit log (30 days), MFA enforcement, IP allowlist, per-workspace Entra ID app, email support.
Enterprise — adds SAML / OIDC SSO, extended audit retention, Security Center policies, dedicated support.

Credits

One credit ≈ one frame generation (success or failure).
Free workspaces include a 100-credit starter pack.
Top up any time with credit packs — Starter (100 / $29), Team (500 / $99), Scale (2,500 / $399).
Credits never expire while your workspace is active.

Buying credits

From Settings → Billing, click Buy credits and pick a pack. We open Stripe Checkout. When the secret is configured for your tenant, the purchase posts back via webhook and your balance updates immediately.

If you see "Billing not yet enabled" in Settings → Billing, that's a runtime check for STRIPE_SECRET_KEY. Reach out to support to enable purchases on your tenant.

Upgrading plans

Free → Team — self-serve from Settings → Billing.
Team → Enterprise — contact sales; we issue a quote and provision your SSO connection.

Invoices & receipts

Every successful purchase emails a Stripe receipt. Enterprise customers receive a monthly invoice with PO support.
